Combine your sporting engagement at the Hardenberg 
GolfResort with the gourmet cuisine of the Novalis restaurant’s chef Katja Burgwinkel 
at the Hardenberg BurgHotel. A welcome gift awaits you at your country house room. Follow up the first day’s successful game with a refreshing cocktail. We will then serve you a 4-course menu from the gourmet kitchen. The next morning invites you to master the second 18-hole golf course. After the second day’s round of golf you can take it easy with a sparkling champagne cocktail at the Burghotel and get ready to be surprised by an unforgettable high-class 5-course menu in the evening.
